Estimated 2022 Dwelling Units is based on the assumption that the remainder of the year growth will continue at the same rate it has been year to date. 4. School attendance areas analyzed are based on school year 22-23 WASD attendance areas at the time of analysis. Attendance areas can change anytime during or between school years.

A School Impact table has been created to highlight schools likely to be impacted and provide growth information based on the residential development application. This tool provides building permit data in the areas affected by an application to enhance future planning for both the City and the School District.The table is below for your review, and it is intended as a reference, rather than a decisive,tool.
