We would like to formally provide public comment regarding the proposed project in the subject line. We oppose the
proposed build of the multifamily housing units on McMillan near Ten Mile Road. Not only would this add significant
congestion to traffic concerns in the immediate area, but it would contribute to a growing traffic issue throughout
Meridian.
Housing in the area has expanded dramatically in the last few years, but appropriate services (retail, schools, community
centers, parks, etc.) have not kept up. Adding apartment homes will only worsen some of these troubles. There are
already apartment homes being built 1/2 block north on Ten Mile. Adding additional apartments is not what our
community needs or desires.
Please discontinue this proposed build.
