To whom it may concern,
After hearing about an apartment complex possibly going up on McMillian Rd next to Walmart, I would vote to stop it at
this time and start working on traffic issues in the surrounding area. I live off the Black Cat Rd and McMillian Rd area,
over the last year traffic all around Meridian and this area is getting worse and worse. The lack of traffic lights instead of
stop signs and the lack of crosswalks for elementary school off Black Cat Rd. is making the area a safety concern along
with causing traffic. Not only that but Pleasant View Elementary will become overcrowded if any more students are
added on top of the new houses going up in the surrounding area.
Please take the time to survey the area and provide solutions for concerns of more traffic and safety before adding more
housing and apartment complexes to the area.
