We have lived here for a little over two years now and bought in this area specifically because it was
away from chaos and a bit quieter. We don’t like living close to multi family living complexes for multiple
reasons. A couple being- increased traffic and congestion as well as over population of schools,
surrounding businesses and streets. Even though this complex will be “higher end” and more expensive
than most it will still drive traffic, and crime to our quiet, pleasant community. Our residential streets
will become “race ways” for speeding traffic down Gondola, from San Vito to Black Cat, it will congest
our quiet streets when school lets out at Pleasant View Elementary. People are already parking in front
of our home waiting for their kids to get out of school. I can’t imagine what will happen when/if we have
a multi-family complex near by bringing in 400+ cars and potentially 1000’s if people in. It’s going to over
populate our schools, overwhelm the teachers and staff and crowd our streets before and after school
as parents wait. We don’t pay what we pay for our homes to be taken over and bombarded by this type
of multi-family living complex where potentially 1000’s of people will move to. We are sickened by this,
honestly. We feel that out area should be zoned and preserved strictly residential. No Multi-family
housing! Please!
