Hello!
I live in Bridgetower West and really love the community and location of my neighborhood. That being said I strongly
disapprove of apartments being built by wal-Mart. The traffic on Gondola is already busy and it is terrifying to think of
my kids along with the other children in the neighborhood walking along the street with a ton of traffic and trying to
cross to reach school and the pool and basketball court.
I also worry about the traffic on McMillan. How is the city going to accommodate 400 more cars?
I also am concerned that the apartments will have an entrance onto Sanvito inviting crime and other unwanted
behavior.
Another factor to consider is Pleasantview Elementary School. It is already at capacity . How is it going to accommodate
that many more families?
