I have experienced the complexity of establishing a large number of local "renters' communities".
I have often seen how a large number of home rental participants often create communities that lack
care and the sustainability of quality properties.
The issue of increased traffic flow greatly concerns me as it is already problematic turning left from
San Vito Way onto McMillan Road at various times
during the day. I also enjoy walking and biking in our neighborhood and feel that more traffic could
increase the number of accidents.
