To whom it may concern, I am a current resident in Bridge Tower West. I live directly behind Walmart at the first turn in off McMillan (Apgar). I wanted to share with you my concerns with the Apartment Buildings with 234 units being proposed in my neighborhood. 1. Traffic- this development would add as many as 400 cars to an are where the adjacent Mcmillian can’t be expanded. The traffic gets backed up to McMillan at times currently when people are trying to turn left onto our street. 2. Schools are already at capacity in this area. What will this mean for the schools in this area? 3. An exit point at San Vito Rd would create a nightmare for morning and evening traffic trying to access McMillan. With the addition of Owyhee High School, and soon Cole Valley Christian, the current problems on McMillan are only going to get worse. It can be very difficult in the morning and evenings to turn out of the subdivision as it is. If this development is approved please consider the number of approved units, the levels of approved apartments to 2 levels, and possibly the entrance point at the park on the end of the street.
