Hi. We recently moved to the Oaks South off of McMillian Rd and were made aware of city plans to build apartments on
McMillian across from Walmart. I do not think that the roads here will support more cars and traffic that these
apartments would bring. The stop sign at Black Cat and McMillian is already ridiculous at certain times of the day. I think
a shopping center (Home Depot or Lowes) would be a great addition to this neighborhood as the nearest home
improvement store is 15-20 min away. Please consider the traffic patterns before approving building the apartments.
