Just heard about the possible building plan and as a resident in this area for last 5 years I can say we
are way too crowded already now. Walmart parking in that area on a weekend is almost impossible now
and the traffic is incredibly heavy already. While there may be land for new housing, i hope there’s an
understanding that the area streetwise isn’t. It’s congested and roundabouts aren’t solutions for this
area, it’s still 10-15 mins to get around them at times. Perhaps use that area for more dining or
shopping, we are in need of that, there’s enough people in this vicinity to have a thiriving buisness. Thank
