To all of those deciding the outcome of this project,
As a resident down McMillan Rd between Ten Mile and McDermott I request that this complex of 234 multi family
dwellings be denied approval based on the impact to the current narrow roads and the congestion to those roads.
Namely Black Cat and McMillan Rd of which are already busy most times of the day, especially at rush hour traffic times.
There are many proposed projects in this area and I would ask that you do one of two things: either deny the projects or
require the developers to widen the roads impacted by their new developments at their cost and no cost to the tax
payers. Other city amenities/ infrastructures such as hospitals, doctor’s offices, police force, fire departments, schools,
and commercial stores and eateries are already over whelmed by the growth here. I ask that you take all of this into
account when deciding the outcome of these proposed projects.
