Hello -
I’m writing in to voice my concerns over the proposed multi family housing unit on McMillan road
adjacent to the Walmart on ten mile. I urge you to please reflect as you consider this property - the
surrounding schools capacity, and also the current/existing traffic patterns on adjacent roads. Although
I am not in general opposed to multi family units as most folks must live in one at some point or another,
I do ask you to carefully think on the impact this unit would have on the area and if necessary plan to
rectify any proceeding problems that arise from it.
