My family and I have grave concerns about this project and the impact it will have on McMillan Rd. The traffic on
McMillan Rd traveling East and West between 10 Mile and McDermott is already excessive and our Toll Brother / CBH
communities at Black Cat / McMillen are nowhere near completion.
Getting from Rustic Oak onto McMillen via the traffic circle in the mornings, during rush hour traffic, can sometimes take
10 minutes before even entering the traffic circle.
Moreover, the amount of time one must wait at the Black Cat / McMillen 4 way stop is over bearing.
Please reconsider this plan. If you can't reconsider this plan, PLEASE require additions to McMillen be complete before
any new housing can be added.
