I live in The Oaks Subdivision.
The proposed Multi family units would be a HUGE effect on the traffic in this area. Our roads have not kept up with our
growth. Our schools are another major concern, they are at capacity now.
We already have new subdivisions going in on Blackcat Rd between Ustick and McMillian along with Oaks North and CBH
on Blackcat and Mc Dermitt Rds. Just these project now under way will add 100’s of cars and people.
We need to halt our growth.
Please say NO to this new project.
