As residents of BridgeTower West Subdivision and native Idahoans. We strongly oppose the Alpha
Development building 235 apartments due to added traffic congestion and probable decrease in our
property value. Please block this development, it is too many units and we already have apartments under
construction flanking our neighborhood on Blackcat.
