Hi
As a resident near the proposed bridgetower multifamily unit I would like to voice my concerns and
disapproval for this project. While tenmile road may be adequate for this level of traffic flow mcmillan
is Definitely not ready for this unit to go in. Rush hour on mcmillan and feeder streets is unruly and
dangerous for drivers and pedestrians alike.
My additional concern is the burden this will put on the schools in this area. With pleasantview and
hunter elementary as well as sawtooth middle already at capacity... this new unit, and the young families
that would be drawn in, would no doubt overwhelm an already overburdened school area.
I beg of you to reconsider approving this unit, and either deny or delay its build until the city is ready
for such a large increase in population on this block.
