To whom it may concern,
The Bridgetower West apartment project is one addition housing project that is getting the cart in front of the horse.
With the obvious housing boom in the City of Meridian we are not seeing appropriate planning for the infrastructure
needed to support a booming population growth.
• Schools are already at capacity putting the schools having to subsidize using portable classrooms.
• We have roads such as McMillian that cannot be expanded.
• As well an increased rate of crime that comes from lower income demographics.
I would ask the board to reconsider the zoning of the Bridgwater and consider expansion of single family homes.
