This project is way to dense. This was turned down prior for the Same reason. There is not
enough parking.
The building are too tall for the neighborhood.
The amount of traffic is bad enough that we already have in the neighborhood and we
want to add 500+ more cars since each unit will have an average of two cars and we know
a lot of people have three cars. I don’t want my children to get hurt.
The elementary school is already over capacity.
I understand that something has to go there but it needs to be less dense.
And then trying to get out on the McMillan since that section of the road cannot be
expanded it’s already bad enough and we want to add more traffic?
The only way I see around this is to have it less dense way less dense than they are
proposing.
