My wife and I bought our home in late 2016 in the Bainbridge development. We had no idea that they would build a
Costco and strip type mall across the street even worse tons of apartments with inadequate parking It appears to us
that the city of Meridian is somewhat short sighted in allowing all of these large dense apartment/ housing areas.
Traffic and infrastructure seem to have gotten lost somewhere in the haste to become a city that will soon suffer the ills
of other metro areas that failed to plan for the future.
This latest mega apartment complex that is before you represents a chance for the leadership to take a reasonable,
prudent and firm stance and deny any zoning change that will permit this type of high density housing.
