Will need to amend the development agreement for the
hospital concurrently because both DAs include the same
phasing plan.
If medical campus is excluded from this phase of
development, please extend multi -use pathway (10'
sidewalk) all the way to Chinden Blvd (along west side of N
Levi Rd).
* Modify existing DA's for the hospital and residential portion
of the development to update the phasing plan & exclude the
hosptial portion from the residential portion of the
development in the phasing plan.
* Staff recommends the large open space area be included
in an earlier phase (ie. Phase 2).
•Record is for the modification of the DA
•No changes to public infrastructure. All changes to public
works must be approved by the City
