The Primary name "Julie" is reservable, however the name exceeds the 40 character limit imposed by the Ada County
Assessors Land Records division.
Also, a portion of the name "at" does not meet the requirements of Section 3 of the name policy.
Julie Rivers Office Condominiums could be reserved.

The Primary name "SAWTOOTH" has previously been recorded and cannot be reserved in this location.
Since Sawtooth is the primary in all of the alternate names, they would not be approvable either.
Back on 7/11/2018 this parcel had the name "Alpina Townhouse" reserved, so the name Alpina Landing Condominiums
could be reserved if your client wanted.
Otherwise, another name must be chosen that meets the current policy.
A link to the current Ada County Subdivision Naming Policy is included below as a guide to what is allowed.
A link is also included below to a search function on the Ada County Surveyors website which will assist you in weeding
out names that cannot be reserved. The search is more accurate if fewer words are used in the search for a primary
name. Rule of thumb is that if you can find the primary name, chances are that it cannot be used.
