Re: Design Narrative for Domino's Pizza Dumpster Enclosure - Permit A-2022-0153
The owner wishes to add a recycling bin at their building. To accomplish this while also providing
better truck access, they will need to relocate the enclosure from the rear wall of their building to a
location directly south, across the rear access drive. Enclosure is proposed to be chain link fence
and gates with privacy slats, 6 feet in height. Screening will be by means of columnar evergreen
trees with a 3 foot minimum spread and 15 foot height at maturity.
