QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, MERIDIAN
CENTERCAL, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, at 1600 East Franklin Avenue, El Segundo,
CA 90245 (the "Grantor"), does hereby convey, release, remise, and forever quitclaim unto MERIDIAN
CENTERCAL, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, at 1600 East Franklin Avenue, El Segundo,
CA 90245 (the "Grantee"), all of Grantor's right, title, and interest, whether now owned or hereinafter
acquired, in and to that certain real property located in Ada, Idaho and legally described on Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein (the "Property").
Together with all and singular tenements and hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, including all water and ditch rights and rights of way for water and ditches.
This Quitclaim Deed is recorded to amend and replace the legal description attached to that certain
Quitclaim Deed dated May 27, 2022 and recorded on May 31, 2022 as Document No. 2022-051738 with
the Ada County Recorder, Boise, Idaho.
