We are new to this area and love to be here so far. It is very frustrating to hear about this new apartment project, and it
would change our thoughts about living in this area.
It is already a nightmare to drive on McMillan; the intersection of Walmart is always super busy with cars driving in all
directions, and many kids are riding bikes around. Every four-way stop going to Owyee high school is always a long wait;
with so many houses under construction now and have not even broken ground yet so we can all imagine how much
worse the traffic will become in the upcoming months as the already existing projects complete.
Adding a new apartment complex? The street will explode with even more traffic. The city can't make one particular
road this overwhelmed and packed with no way for expansion. It would be very poor planning, and it would effect
community safety greatly.
