Subject:We are against the application for Bridgetower Multi-family CUP H-2022-0047

Please do not approve Bridgetower multi-family CUP H 2022-0047. This is a single family
neighborhood and adding 234 units would greatly impact this neighborhood . The school is
already at capacity. Traffic volume would increase drastically. Parking would be a big issue.
Currently no parking is allowed on San Vito and rumor has it there has already been an
application filled to allow parking there as overflow. When the street parking is full then of
course parking will start infringing into our single family home streets. Property values could
potentially be affected. Parks and recreation programs use in the area would have heavier
use. The developer should decrease number of units and provide 2 parking stalls per unit and
pay a substantial price per unit to cover increased need for school classrooms. There should
also be a water impact fee per unit. Many developers around the country find themselves
being required to supplement the local park and recreation districts on a per unit basis.
