Subject:We are against the application for Bridgetower Multi-family CUP H-2022-0047

Major issues that are inadequate at present : 1. Traffic on McMillan going west or east bound off of Ten Mile to Black
Cat and beyond towards Owyhee High School is heavily traveled now due to the school and developments at present
plus the additional developments and another school that have been approved. It is difficult to exit Bridgetower West
development from San Vito to McMillan now (no signal light nor a right turn lane to enter San Vito. Having a roundabout
at Black Cat and McMillan will add to the steady flow of traffic which will add to the difficulty of exiting San Vito and
onto McMillan. This intersection should have been controlled by signals rather than a roundabout. FUTURE: 2. The
approval of the 234 multi family housing units at the corner of McMillan and San Vito could increase the traffic-flow
dramatically on San Vito which will create a traffic nightmare not to mention the noise factor. 3. To make it worse is the
State Highway 16 project that will effect McMillan and Ustick roads. Because of the above concerns We (Tom and Diane
Callison) (3922 W Milano Street, Meridian Idaho, 83646) (208-631-9854)strongly disapprove of this project.
