The Boise Project Board of Control has no objection to the plans for Hill's Century Commercial
Subdivision for the above -mentioned property, as there are no Project facilities located in this
phase.
The developers of this project should contact the New York Irrigation District as soon as possible
in regards to the assessments of the newly formed lots associated with this development.
Storm Drainage and/or Street Runoff must be retained on site.
Per Idaho Statutes, Title 42, local irrigation/drainage ditches that cross this property, in order to
serve neighboring properties, must remain unobstructed and protected by an appropriate easement
by the landowner, developer and contractors.
This development is subject to Idaho Code 31-3805, in accordance, this office is requesting afull-
size hard copy of the irrigation and drainage plans.
