(C) "Lender" is Idaho Central Credit Union.
Lender is a State Chartered Credit Union, organized and existing
under the laws of Idaho.

(D) "Trustee" is Alliance Title & Escrow.
(E) "MERS" is Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. MERS is a separate corporation that is acting solely as
