RE: Development Agreement Modification — 3335, 3300, 3250 S. Eagle Road,
Meridian, ID 83642
Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a Development Agreement Modification, the City of Meridian requires a meeting
between the applicant, property owners and tenants within 500 feet of the applicant's property.
This is not a Public Hearing and Public Officials will not be present.
PURPOSE: The applicant is applying for a Development Agreement Modification to
allow Black Rock Coffee to open at S:OOAM. The current Development
Agreement allows businesses within the Development to open at 6:OOAM
and therefore, the applicant is requesting a modification to the Agreement for
the coffee shop that is located at the southeast corner of Victory and Eagle
Roads as per the attached "Exhibit A".
WHEN: Tuesday, July 12'", 2022 at 6:00 P.M.
WHERE: Chicago Connection, 1935 S. Eagle Road, Meridian, ID 83642.
