Time Extension Narrative
Centers Farm, LLC, hereby applies for a City Council two-year time extension to obtain the City
Engineer’s signature on the first final plat for Brundage Estates Subdivision. In 2014, this
property was annexed and zoned (AZ-13-014) R-4 with the Victory South annexation
(Ordinance #14-1594). The preliminary plat (PP H-2016-0001) for Brundage Estates
Subdivision was approved on July 26, 2016.
The applicant has been working on phases of the Biltmore Estates and Graycliff Estates
Subdivision and needs additional time for submitting a final plat application for Brundage
Estates Subdivision. Construction plans are in the process of being completed for Phase 1.
Sewer and water lines have been south in Linder Road to serve this property, and improvements
to Harris Street with turn lanes on State Highway 69 are being completed now. We anticipate
design completion of the first phase in 2022.
A Director’s time extension was approved by the Meridian City Council on September 8, 2020,
giving the applicant until July 26, 2022, to obtain the City Engineer’s signature. Ongoing
product supply and labor shortages have delayed progression of Brundage Estates, and phases of
Biltmore Estates and Graycliff Estates are still to be constructed. The applicant requests a City
Council two-year extension to obtain the signature of the City Engineer for the first phase of
Brundage Estates Subdivision, to July 26, 2024. Thank you for your consideration.
