Drawings have been submitted for a tenant improvement building permit for an existing tenant in an
existing building:
In Time Tee

The building is a flex -space building (office / light fabrication) in a C-G zone. Part of the proposed tenant
improvement will modify the exterior of the building as follows:
1. An existing solid overhead door will be replaced with a glass overhead door.
2. An existing rear exterior door will be enlarged to add a side window.
3. A new rear exterior door and window is to be added.
4. A new 18 ft. x 52 ft. concrete patio slab is to be installed at the rear of the building. It is
proposed in the future that a light gage patio cover will be added.
Due to the exterior modification, The City of Meridian is requiring a CZC/DR application to be
submitted. Due to the limited scope of work of the proposed tenant improvement, the following non
applicable items are not being submitted: Warranty Deed, Trash Enclosure Approval, Photometric Plan,
Recorded Plat, Landscape Plan, Building Elevations, Public School Checklist, and conceptual engineering
plans. The site plan provided only shows relevant information that is applicable to the proposed tenant
improvement.
