The definition of a terminal, freight or truck is: Terminal, freight or truck. The use of a site where freight brought by truck or rail is transferred. The use may include the storage or repair of trucks or railcars. The use excludes the long term or permanent storage of freight. • Previous approvals for this site include: Linder Industrial Park (388 A), Fed Ex Express PBA (A-2019-0360) and Fed Ex Shipping Center DES, CZC (A-2019-0343). • The site was not approved as a Planned Unit Development and is not in any special, restrictive, or overlay district. • The proposed use is considered a conforming use and complies with the applicable zoning regulations. • To the best of my knowledge the site does not have any legal non -conforming issues, nor any building or zoning violations. • Documents regarding the subject property are available through a records request at the Meridian City Clerk's Office.
