KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made and entered into between L.C. Development, Inc.
("Grantor") and L.C. Development, Inc. ("Grantee") an Idaho Corporation whose address is 321
W. Harris St., Meridian, Idaho 83680.
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
Grantor hereby REMISES, RELEASES, AND FOREVER QUITCLAIMS to Grantee, all right,
title, interest and claim to the plot, piece or parcel of land, with all the buildings, appurtenances
and improvements thereon, if any, in Ada County, State of Idaho described as follows:
Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 of'Ballic Place Subdivision No. 1, as sholiw in Book 93 of
Plats on Pages 11188 through 11189, records ofAda County, Idaho; being located
in the NE % of Section 18, Township 3 Norlh, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, City of
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 112 inch diameter iron pin marking the northeasterly corner of
Lot 5, Block 2 ofsaid Baltic Place Subdivision No. 1, from which a 5,18 inch
diameter iron pin marking the southlvesterly corner ofsaid Lot 5 bears S 0°28'29"
W (formerly S 0°29'I5 - W) a distance of'64.99 feet;
Thence along the easterly boundary of said Lot 5, also being partially along the
northerly boundary of Baltic Place Addition Subdivision, as shown in Book 107 of
Plats on Pages 14923 through 14925, records ofAda County, Idaho, S 0028'29" W
(formerly S 0°29'I5 - W) a distance of 64.99 feet to the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 5;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said Lot 5, and extending along the
southerly boundary of Lot 6 of Block 2 of said Baltic Place Subdivision No. 1, and
also continuing along the northerly boundary of said Baltic Place Addition
Subdivision the folloiving courses and distances. -

easements existing or in use.
SUBJECT TO all, if any, valid easements, rights of way, covenants, conditions,
reservations and restrictions of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the above
described property unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs, successors and/or assigns forever; so that
neither Grantor nor Grantor's heirs, successors and/or assigns shall have claim or demand any
right or title to the property described above, or any of the buildings, appurtenances and
improvements thereon.
