Parcel Consolidation
Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 of Baltic Place Subdivision No. 1, as shown in Book 93 of Plats on Pages
11188 through 11189, records of Ada County, Idaho; being located in the NE '/4 of Section 18,
Township 3 North, Range 3 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch diameter iron pin marking the northeasterly corner of Lot 5, Block 2 of
said Baltic Place Subdivision No. 1, from which a 5/8 inch diameter iron pin marking the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 5 bears S 0'28'29" W (formerly S 0'29'15" W) a distance of 64.99
feet;
Thence along the easterly boundary of said Lot 5, also being partially along the northerly boundary
of Baltic Place Addition Subdivision, as shown in Book 107 of Plats on Pages 14923 through
14925, records of Ada County, Idaho, S 0'28'29" W (formerly S 0'29,15" W) a distance of 64.99
feet to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 5;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said Lot 5, and extending along the southerly boundary
of Lot 6 of Block 2 of said Baltic Place Subdivision No. 1, and also continuing along the northerly
boundary of said Baltic Place Addition Subdivision the following courses and distances:
Thence S 45028'29" W (formerly S 45'29'15" W) a distance of 25.60 feet to a point;
Thence S 89020'40" W (formerly S 89021'26" W) a distance of 129.05 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 6;
Thence leaving the boundary of said Baltic Place Addition Subdivision and along the westerly
boundary of said Lot 6 N 0039'24" W (formerly N 0038'38" W) a distance of 85.65 feet to the
northeasterly corner of said Lot 6;
Thence along the northerly boundary of said Lots 6 and 5 S 89°31'31" E (formerly S 89030'45" E)
a distance of 148.81 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 12,297 square feet (0.282 acres) and is subject to any easements existing
or in use.
