On behalf of L.C. Development Inc., we are submitting this Property Boundary Adjustment application for
parcels R0797730110 and R0797730120, also known as the Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 of Baltic Place
Subdivision No. 1.
The purpose of this Property Boundary Adjustment is to consolidate the 2 lots into one parcel to make one
