City Comment 2 Addressed:
All sidewalks around buildings and serving public streets shall be min. 5 feet in width.
• Concrete walkway at east side of building increased to min. 5'-0" clear in width. As a result, existing landscape
island and (2) existing parking stalls shall be reduced to "compact" size in order to retain min. 25' wide drive
aisle.
