I am against the change in zoning from R-1 to R-8 on this property. The recently agreed upon city plan designated this
area as R-4 which is in keeping with the area where Meridian has annexed property in this area. The originally agreed
upon city plan should be maintained.
Also, with ACHD having issue with 3 homes being located on this property because of access issues this near the
stoplight. This issue would only be worse with multi-family housing being located on the same property.
Finally, since this property is currently for sale, it is an obvious ploy to maximize the investment at the expense of our
neighborhood.
I sincerely believe the R-4 designation by the city should stand.
