utilities easement vacation for Ada County Parcel Nos. R2734180200 and R2734180220, located at
5118 and 5102 W. Oakford Ct., respectively. No warranty deed exists because the original owner,
Fairbourne Development, LLC, still owns the properties. I confirmed this through contact to the Ada
County Clerk's Office. In lieu of a warranty deed, the recorded plat for Fairbourne Subdivision No. 3
has been attached.
