1. ALL SETBACKS TO COMPLY w/ 2018 I.B.C. & MERIDIAN
CITY ZONING REQUIREMENTS. VERIFYw/ BUILDING
INSPECTOR PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION.
2. CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS,
SPECIFICAITONS & ELEVATIONS PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION.
3. DIMENSIONS ARE TO FACE OF STUD UNLESS NOTED
OTHERWISE.
4. THE DRAWINGS INDICATE LOCATION, DIMENSION,
REFERENCE, AND TYPICAL DETAILS OF
CONSTRUCTION. THEY DO NOT INDICATE EVERY
CONDITION. WORK NOT PARTICULARLY DETAILED
SHALL BE OF CONSTRUCTION SIMILAR TO PARTS THAT
ARE DETAILED.
5. ALL MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS TO
MATCH THOSE BEING USED IN OTHER PORTIONS OF
THE EXISTING SPACE
6. COORDINATE ALL CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WALLS
AND CEILINGS WITH NEW OR REMOVED MECAHNICAL
AND ELECTRICAL PENETRATIONS
7. VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO
CONSTRUCTION. NOTIFY ARCHITECT OF ANY
DISCREPANCIES.
8. ALL WORK TO BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
2018 IBC AS ADOPTED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN.
DEMOLITION NOTES
1. PLAN LAYOUT SHOWN ON DEMOLITION PLANS WAS
DERIVED FROM EXISTING PLANS. IF EXISTING
CONDITIONS ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS SHOWN
CONTACT ARCHITECT TO RECIEVE FURTHER
INSTRUCTIONS.
2. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: IN THE EVENT THAT ANY
PARTY ENCOUNTERS ASBESTOS, HAZARDOUS, OR
TOXIC MATERIALS AT THE JOB SITE IT IS THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO RETAIN
APPROPRIATE SPECIALISTS, CONSULTANTS, OR
CONTRACTORS TO IDENTIFY, ABATE, AND/OR REMOVE
THE MATERIAL. WARRANT THAT THE JOB SITE IS IN
FULL COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND
REGULATIONS.
