This is not a Public Hearing and Public Officials will not be present. PURPOSE: The applicant is applying for a Development Agreement Modification to allow Black Rock Coffee to open at S:OOAM. The current Development Agreement allows businesses within the Development to open at 6:OOAM and therefore,the applicant is requesting a modification to the Agreement for the coffee shop that is located at the southeast corner of Victory and Eagle Roads as per the attached"Exhibit A".
