Proposed Duplex to be built at 225 E King St. Meridian, ID
Project is to build a 2 story duplex residential building, with the living quarters
being side by side, each being 2 stories high.
Project provides 2 each, single family dwelling with 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths each.
Parking provided is 2 outdoor and 2 garage parking places for each unit.
The building will have porches on the street side across the entire front of the
building, with railings and narrow roofs at the ceiling of the first floor that will
effectively break up and add varied materials to the face of the project.
Garages will be off of the alley, entry being from the back of the structure where
2 parking places and 2 Garage spaces are provided for each apartment.
Landscape will consist of lawn from the sidewalk to the front of the porches.
Any shrubs or other street -side landscape will be considered after structure is
built.
A board and batt wall siding design or a lap siding will compliment the face of the
building and the cottage lap will also be installed on the other exterior faces of
the project as well.
Colors are to be decided.
