OBSERVATION WELL DATED SEPTEMBER 15, 2020, GROUNDWATER WAS NOT ENCOUNTERED DURING GEOTECHNICAL
PER ACHD SD-627 EXPLORATION. CONTACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE ENGINEER IMMEDIATELY IF GROUNDWATER IS
ENCOUNTERED WITHIN 3-FEET OF THE BOTTOM DESIGN ELEVATION FROM ANY INFILTRATION FACILITY
AND/OR IF IT IS HIGHER THAN ANTICIPATED.
2. REFER TO ACHD BMP 20 FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING SEEPAGE BED CONSTRUCTION.
3. ACHD STAFF MUST VERIFY FACILITY INFILTRATION ATE AFTER FACILITY IS FULLY EXCAVATED.
4. IF ROCK IS ENCOUNTERED DURING FACILITY EXCAVATION, CONTACTOR TO HAVE TEST PERFORMED BY
