On Tuesday May 16`h, 2006 Two, City of Meridian Public Hearing Notice sighs
for proposed Cabella Creek Sub were r~-pasted on the property at Mesa Wy. and 1/ictory
Rd. The hearing date was chaizged from 5116106 to S/23106 by the City of Nleridiau. The
first sign was placed on the east side of Mesa Wy., approx 100 feet from the corner of
Mesa Wy. and Victory Rd. The sign is approx. ten feet off of Mesa Wy., ar~d
perpendicular with the road. The second sign was placed on the North side of Victory
Rd., approx 500 feet east of Mesa Wy., and north of the house located at 1252 E. 'Victory
Rd. The sign is approx ten feet o££ of Victory and perpendicular with the road. This
application was submitted by ATM Development L,LC. The project has a new public
hearing; date with Meridian City Council on May 23'~d, 2006, 7:00 pm at the Meridian
City k1a11, located at 33 L. Idaho St. Attached you will find'the pictures taken of the signs
