Marty Camberlango forwarded a response from you to me to help sort out the name reservation for Matador Estates.
The name Matador Estates Subdivision was reserved for this development on 9/19/2007.
The name was still available after the project expired in 2010.
Marty made a request for Matador Sub. But in his original request did not tell me it was for the old project.
As the Matador Subdivision Name Confirmation dated March 8, 2022 stated, we are still holding the name reservation
for the project, and updated the information in our online name search system located
at https://apps.adacounty.id.gov/developmentservices/dsSubSearch/ for the new applicant and surveyor.
I would note that as recently as 6/23/2022, Mr. Camberlango was trying to find a new name for this development.
I am assuming that this is no longer the case, however I will try to copy you any further communication regarding a
potential name change for this development.
As far as our office is concerned, the Matador Estates name has been reserved for this property since 2007.

I don't know what you mean when you say this is what they keep sending you — that email is dated from March and
appears that they need you to respond confirming that you want them to reserve "Matador Esates"...have you done
that?
