To Whom It May Concern:
On behalf of my applicant John Fackleman, please accept this application for Final Plat, for Buckeye Place
Subdivision. The subject site is located south of Manship Road and half mile east ofBlackcat Road.
This final plat is in substantial conformance with the approved preliminary plat, and this development meets
the requirements and provisions of the UDC_ We have used acceptable engineering, surveying and local
standards in the design of this subdivision.
The preliminary plat was approved for 19 lots; of these 19 lots, 16 will be single family residential lots, 2
will be common lots, and 1 will be donated to the City of Meridian Parks Department. There was a variance
approved with this application for extending the approved cul-de-sac length.
This development will take access off N. Manship Place, by extending N. Manship into the site.
This subdivision shall connect to the existing water stubs that are located at the stub of N. Manship Place.
Sanitary sewer will tie into the future trunk line to the immediate South of this property.
The developer will provide pressure irrigation, which will be owned and maintained by Nampa -Meridian
Irrigation District. This pressure irrigation system will connect with the existing pump station located to the
immediate west of the project along the Tern Mile Creek. The storm drainage system in this subdivision will
be comprised of catch basins, sand and grease trap, and a retention area, The sand and grease trap and
retention area will be located in Lot 11, Block 1, which is a common lot.
This Subdivision will have one (1) phase of construction and all lots will be included on one (1) Final Plat.
