Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on Tuesday,
August 16, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave. Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the
following request(s):
SHP-2022-0009 Julie Rivers Office Condominiums: a Short Plat to condominiumize eight (8)
office buildings for ownership purposes, located at NE Corner of W. Ustick Rd. and N. Linder Rd.
Applicant: Jule Rivers Development
H-2021-0064 Black Cat Industrial Project: Annexation of 126.57 acres of land with R-15 and I-L
zoning districts, located at 350, 745, 935, and 955 S. Black Cat Rd. Applicant: Sawtooth Development
Group, LLC
