For Value Received, BVA Rolling Hills No. 1, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company
("Grantor"), does hereby convey, release, remise and forever quit claim unto BVA Rolling Hills
No. 1, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company whose address is 2194 Snake River Parkway,
Suite 300, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83402, ("Grantee"), the premises described on Exhibit A
("Property") and depicted on Exhibit B ("Record of Survey"), both of which are attached hereto
and made a part hereof, together with all improvements, rights waters, easements, privileges
and appurtenances belonging or pertaining to the Property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused its name to be hereunto subscribed this
day of June, 2022.

Commencing at an aluminum cap marking the Center 1/4 corner of said Section 16, which bears
