trash enclosure, and bike rack.
An outdoor sitting is with a steel pergola, raised concrete planters, and decorative metal screening is
proposed to the north of the structure.
Maximum height of the structure is 25 feet.
An outdoor plaza is proposed to the south of the building that includes bench seating, raised concrete
planters, decorative metal screens, and a steel pergola.
