I live on Torino and oppose this change Do we not have enough multi family living units
crammed into spaces haphazardly already?? It is unsightly. It blocks views. It adds to
already ridiculous traffic flows. It makes things more dangerous with higher turnover of
individuals coming and going from the neighborhood. Why do we continue to do this?
Wouldn’t allowing for 1 or 2 single family dwellings be better??
