I've included a marked up copy of the revised landscape plans for Apex NW #1 as well as a marked up landscape plan for Apex Commercial CZC. (It's one PDF, so scroll down to see both plans). Here are your comments with my responses in red: The landscape plan needs to be revised as follows: 1) landscaping along pathways and within required street buffers need to include a MIX of trees and shrubs per UDC 11-313-7C.3 — A you can see highlighted in purple on the Apex NW #1 landscape plan, we have installed trees and a mixture of shrubs AND grass along the internal pathway and along the street buffer along Lake Hazel between Aspiration Avenue and Apex Avenue. As noted and highlighted in orange on the Apex NW #1 landscape plan, the arterial street buffer landscaping was reviewed and approved through the Apex Commercial CZC application (A-2022-0060)The pathway landscaping and street buffer landscaping meet the requirements of the UDC. 2) 11-313-12C.2 - the buffers along the eastern portion of Lake Hazel & along Locust Grove need to include shrubs; and the note for the cross -hatch symbol needs to be revised to say "shrubs AND perennials or grasses". — As you can see on the above comment, the landscaping you mention has been approved through the CZC process. Also, the note you reference has been revised. 3) 14' wide public pedestrian easements shall be submitted to the Planning Division for the 10-foot wide multi -use pathways proposed within the site along E. Lake Hazel Rd. and S. Locust Grove Rd. that are not located within right-of-way, prior to signature on the final plat by the City Engineer. — The pedestrian pathways along Lake Hazel and Locust grove are entirely within the right-of-way and require no additional easements. 4) Please make sure to name the file the same name so that it versions. — I'll resubmit through projectdox once you give me the go ahead.
