Settlers Irrigation District owns, operates, and maintains the pressure irrigation system within
Lochsa Falls Subdivision. Settlers Irrigation District holds the'lO'easement located at thereat lot
line of the property. After review of your variance request located at the above~mentioned
property SettJers Inigation District will require that building s1J'uCtuies be located outside of the
10' easement. The purpose of this easement is to provide the irrigation distJ"ict access along with a
sufficient amount of rOOm in order to maÙltain the iITigation line. '
